I started Synergy Spark to fix that — through strategic design, expert facilitation, and the kind of thinking that turns complexity into momentum.
I'm Raquel Hipólito. I've spent over a decade inside fast-moving product and tech companies — building teams, shaping strategy, and changing how organisations make decisions. I've led cross-functional workshops that unlocked months of stalled progress in a single day. I've helped leadership teams connect their product work to real business outcomes for the first time. I've coached designers and product leaders through the transitions that matter most.
